Who is allowed to use it?

  • Anyone over 8 years old is allowed to use the ride on their own.
  • Children between 3 and 7 years may ride in two-seater sleds together with an older person (8 years and older), who has been made familiar with the installation and to whom full responsibility has been transferred by the supervising person.
  • The total weight of the users must not exceed 150 kg per sled.

Not allowed to use it are:

  • Children under 3 years
  • Persons who, e. g. due to physical or mental restrictions, cannot sit properly on the sled or cannot operate it properly are excluded from the ride for safety reasons. If necessary, they can use it in the company of a specialist or a person they trust, who then assumes responsibility for the users.
  • Pregnant persons
  • Persons who are intoxicated (through alcohol, drugs, medication affecting their mental capacity, etc.). It is not allowed to carry any animals, bulky, pointed or loose objects.

What needs to be ensured?

  1. You, the user, use this sports installation at your own risk and you must wear suitable clothing when doing so.
  2. You must control your speed so as not to endanger yourself or others. Keep at least 25 m behind the sled in front. Tailgating is prohibited. In any rear-end collision the rider of the rear sled is liable for all consequences.
  3. In wet or frosty conditions, a minimum distance of 50 m must be maintained. Important: Extended braking distance and cross-swaying of the sleds.
  4. Reckless driving can lead to serious injuries. Always brake in time, then enter the end of the track at walking speed. Especially at the end of the track pay utmost attention and caution!
  5. Always look to the front and keep your upper body facing in the direction of travel at all times. Do not lean out.
  6. Observe all traffic signs and concentrate on the next section of the track.
  7. The starting instructions of the staff and starting intervals specified must be followed. Do not ride to slowly.
  8. The use of this installation is allowed only if the provided sleds are used.
  9. The taller or sole driver always sits at the back and is responsible for safety. They always keep both hands on the brake lever and must at all time be in a position to operate them. Never touch the track or reach under the sled!
  10. Arms and legs are to remain in the sled during the entire ride.
  11. Do not bring loose clothing (caps, scarves, shoelaces, etc.) as well as long hair in the proximity of the track or the sled wheels.
  12. Getting on and off is allowed only at the entry and exit points intended for the purpose. Users may start and/or end the ride only at the specified points for doing so. In the event of an operational stop, keep calm, remain seated in the sled and follow the instructions of the staff.
  13. Smoking and the use of cell phones, cameras, etc. is prohibited during the entire trip. The users are liable for any damage to or loss of electronic devices.
  14. Any accidents and damages must be reported to the operating personnel immediately.
  15. It is forbidden
    - to damage the facility, the equipments or the sleds,
    - to create obstacles,
    - to put the system into operation without authorization and
    - to operate the facilities serving the operation or the prevention of accidents or to carry out other disruptive acts.
  16. Operation will be stopped where weather conditions cannot guarantee a visibility of 25 m, in case of storm or limited light.
  17. The instructions given by the staff must be followed. Failure to observe the conditions of use will result in exclusion from the installation.
  18. By using the ride, each user accepts these conditions irrevocably. All claims for compensation are excluded.
